Second Floor Information
The second floor of the home contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a linen closet and the hot water heater. The flooring throughout the second floor is Pecan Laminate plank except for the two bathrooms, which are ceramic tile. Each of the rooms has the same ceramic plank tile installed in the doorways for a matching transition throughout.
The main bathroom has two sinks and full shower/tub with custom tile countertops that match the kitchen.
The first bedroom is of decent size able to contain a queen sized bed. Modern art and teal backsplashes complete the room.
The second bedroom also currently houses a queen bed and has red accents.
The large master bedroom contains an en-suite bathroom with two person shower, makeup counter and separate toilet area. The room has tasteful art, window finishings and a slate tile feature wall. There is also a deep walk-in closet.
