Property Information
The community of Hunter Ridge is centrally located just 10 minutes south of the Sky Harbor Airport and 15 minutes south and east of Downtown Phoenix. The community is entirely walled with several locking walk through gates and two traffic entrance gates. There is very little traffic as the community contains no through streets. Our lot is located in the back of the community and is quite quiet and serene with no houses on our east or north sides.
The community boasts two swimming pool complexes with the main one located directly across the street from our home. Additionally there is a playground next to the pool.
Our home is located on one of the top lots in the entire community. Situated a good distance away from major traffic routes and traffic noise. Directly next to our home is a very large green space with picnic areas, BBQs, and volleyball courts. Grass areas with paved walking paths are located on the back side of our home as we back out to green space, a water canal, and the Legacy Golf Course.
In 2024 the entire community’s buildings, fences, garage doors and walk doors were repainted and updated with fresh modern color tones.
